This is the discussion phase, where we agree on the objectives, needs, and priorities. Here we start learning about your business and what you are trying to achieve.
Discover
The next phase is about reviewing and researching. We do a brand audit and check the history of your brand, your mission, your customers, and the competitive landscape. We make sure that we get a deeper understanding of the industry and also about the users, what they need, what they value, and what their abilities and limitations are.
Differentiate
This stage is where the creating process begins. We start dissecting everything we have gathered, and we start positioning and shaping the brand. We aim to create something that is relevant to your audience and differentiates you.
Create
The next phase is about creating the brand's identity. Depending on the project's needs, we are creating a logo, graphic standards, imagery and documents style, landing page design, web, or mobile mockups.
Implement & Extend
Here we start implementing the assets and activating the new brand. The things we might be implementing and applying at this stage would be assets for your marketing campaigns (online and offline), internal and external brand assets, or in building your website, prototype, application, or physical products. This stage is an iterative process.
