Define

This is the discussion phase, where we agree on the objectives, needs, and priorities. Here we start learning about your business and what you are trying to achieve.

Discover

The next phase is about reviewing and researching. We do a brand audit and check the history of your brand, your mission, your customers, and the competitive landscape. We make sure that we get a deeper understanding of the industry and also about the users, what they need, what they value, and what their abilities and limitations are.

Differentiate

This stage is where the creating process begins. We start dissecting everything we have gathered, and we start positioning and shaping the brand. We aim to create something that is relevant to your audience and differentiates you.

Create

The next phase is about creating the brand's identity. Depending on the project's needs, we are creating a logo, graphic standards, imagery and documents style, landing page design, web, or mobile mockups.

Implement & Extend

Here we start implementing the assets and activating the new brand. The things we might be implementing and applying at this stage would be assets for your marketing campaigns (online and offline), internal and external brand assets, or in building your website, prototype, application, or physical products. This stage is an iterative process.

Agile Process

Our Agile Process

Our agile process is an iterative process where we continuously add value to a product based on the business and customer needs and the impact on the business. We usually work in fortnightly iterations, the design being an iteration ahead of development, and we focus on creating a healthy and collaborative environment that helps us innovate.

Discover

This stage is more of a discussion phase. We work with you to figure out what the priorities are, based on the customer needs, impact on the business and the amount of time it takes to do.

Design

The second phase is the design phase. Based on the things we are trying to achieve, we develop the user experience/interface if this is a design iteration, or architectural solutions if this is a development iteration.

Develop

After we decide on the priorities and design the solution, it’s time to do the actual development. This phase is where we write the code and automated tests or produce the design assets.

Test

Testing is a significant phase, where we make sure the features behave as they should, on different devices and browsers. This stage is where we load-stress features to make sure performance was maintained and even increased. Depending on the project needs, we do different types of testing. If this is a design iteration, this is where we test our designs with users.

Release

In this phase, features get deployed onto a production environment. Both teams demo what they have achieved, and take the time to run a retrospective and reflect on what went well and what can be improved going forward.
